SWOT analysis during a B2B research project

DataNoble’s unique approach to a SWOT analysis is based on primary data collected during client and partner research project. By adding strategic questions to a research questionnaire, we can identify a company’s perceived strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

Strengths: Identified during an evaluation positive feedback from clients and partners. This includes praise of employees, compliments and testimonials.

Weaknesses: Identified in complaints from B2B clients and partners. Trends arise when themes in their complaints and suggestions for improvement are tallied.


Opportunities: During our telephonic interviews, leads and business opportunities are identified. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many clients and partners respond by telling us where their companies are struggling. This is an opportunity for your organisation to intervene by offering technology solutions.
