Option 1: SMS with a link

DataNoble has two SMS research methodologies to choose from. The first option involves sending your list of respondents a text message that contains a short link to an online questionnaire where your questions are displayed on one elegant page.

This quick and easy research tool is suitable for respondents who do not have access to email. All they need is access to the internet. The online form uses a minimal amount of data to open, complete and submit.

It is also recommended to offer respondents an incentive for completing the questionnaire.

Option 2: SMS interaction

Our 'SMS interaction' option enables you to ask your survey questions as individual text messages, where the respondent can answer yes/no or rating-scale questions in between.

An example of a survey for college students, "How satisfied are you with MAR202B module? (Reply with a number between 1 and 5, where 1 is very unhappy and 5 is very happy.)" The student replies with a rating of 3, and the next message arrives to ask them to rate additional touch points, like their course content, their lecturer, and examination formats.

The data is collected in an easy MS Excel spreadsheet, illustrated in attractive graphs, and analysed for trends that pinpoint which touchpoint require the most urgent attention.
