Application:
To make the application process easier, we have developed an online application process that automates applicant screening. This new tool processes applications and scores each applicant, making the process much more efficient.

Check out our careers page or take the 'workplace personality test' from Alison, to learn more about your style of work and where you might improve.

The Alison test results are presented on attractive sliding scales that show the level of your people skills, motivations, work styles and learning styles. It also contains some spot-on recommendations for short courses that you might take to make you a better-rounded member of a team and get more enjoyment from your work.
