DataNoble's employee surveys

DataNoble conducts primary research across many different industries, collecting data from a company's employees, and those external to the company using different global benchmarking tools and HR research models.

The DataNoble Employee Survey Model is designed to integrate with a company's existing Human Resources Management tools and can collect survey responses from employees using different survey methodologies: E-surveys, SMS surveys, telephonic interviews and focus groups. The results are displayed in real-time, whilst upholding strict anonymity rules for employees who do not wish to reveal their identities in their survey responses.
