Employment Equity Training

DataNoble provides in-depth training for EE committees across South Africa. Our training service covers the EE Act, the forms, effective EE Planning and reporting, understanding barriers in the workplace, developing measures to overcome the barriers, and working together to facilitate better diversity and inclusivity. Above all, DataNoble's training service includes free Project Management tools to help the EE Committee work together to assign task teams, meet deadlines and monitor progress towards their goals.

It is recommended to provide EE training for your EE Committee once a year (or when new members are introduced):
  • Four half-day sessions hosted online via MS Teams.
  • All training materials and discussion guides.
  • Bi-monthly check-ins and ongoing support.
